A Huizzy Flip Flop on Beer and Wine Gardens at Community (that HE sponsers) Events?

Are Political Motivations behind the latest "Huizzy Alcohol Flip Flop" regarding the approval of the "Beer and Wine Garden" at his Co-sponsored Saturday's "Dia de los Muertos Event" next to the Academia Semillas del Pueblo Charter School and Hecho En Mexico Restaurant in El Sereno?
Strange, on the Clowncilman Huizar Flyer above, there is no mention of a Beer and Wine Garden but .....,

** Blogger's Note: In the Fall of 2011, a just re-elected CD 14 City Clowncilman's Spokeshole Rick Coca said this about Eagle Rock's Colombo's Restaurant Beer and Wine Garden at the Eagle Rock Music Festival ......, Vic (Parrino) had operated the beer garden without a permit for all the previous years, and CD14 thought there were plenty of opportunities for people to drink on music fest night without a "beer garden". Now in the Fall of 2014, with about five months remaining before another contested March (2015) Election and another Clowncilman Huizar co-sponsored event is featuring a "Beer and Wine Garden" assess to alcohol. Thus, we must ask the still Clowncilman Huizar's Spokeshole Rick "Coca Puffs", what is the difference between the attempted denial of Colombo's Special Event Alcohol Permit in 2011 (hint, Colombo's Vic Parrino supported Rudy Martinez) and the supposed approval of this Saturday's Special Permit. El Sereno's Huntington Drive, like Eagle Rock's Colorado Blvd., has plenty of choices for alcohol purchasing, including the former Big Saver Market,  which was written up for illegal sales. Further, unlike Colombo's, the noted Political Eatery, Hecho En Mexico is located next to the infamous Academia Semillas del Pueblo Charter School, which has made complaints about alcohol-related issues at the Eatery in the past. That said, maybe the recent comments from noted Boyle Heights Political Activist Javier Rodriguez may offer us a clue, according to him ......, Incredibly, Councilman Jose Huizar, who did not lift a finger to personally intervene and mediate the long term conflict in El Sereno between Hecho en Mexico and Semillas Charter School, has just met with the activist restaurant owners, Jorge Bravo and Connie Castro Bravo and shamefully asked them for their reelection endorsement. However, according to Jorge and the conversation we had last Sunday over Huevos con Chile Verde, on their most “important issue, the survival of their dream, the restaurant, the Councilman’s record is lousy. He didn’t do anything” ......... but did someone just have a "Sell Out Moment?" considering .........., Lastly, Hecho’s Jorge Bravo indicated he wasn’t happy with Huizar and I’m confident he will withstand the pressure, however my calls to Connie Bravo have run into a wall. My activist instinct is discreetly whispering, the Councilman may have already charmed his way into an endorsement........., and let the Beer and Wine flow in the Garden.---Scott Johnson.

......, but the Flyer (with the noted "P Pinata Artist" Andrew Cervantes) from the El Sereno Community Arts promotes it.
A Endorsement of a current CD 14 Officeholder may pay off for Hecho En Mexico.
Your thoughts ..............

If you are relying on the nutjob Javier Rodriguez for information you have sunk to an all time low.

You have to be a member I believe.

If you wear a Che G shirt you get a free bear and bowl of soup and a ticket to ride with Big H down other side of the drive. Check out the pics you will soon get that point.
