** Blogger's Note: In a bloggin endeavor supporting Openness and Transparency, we have replicated below for your review, the 2015 FY CD 6 General City Purposes Fund Report, Every year, the City Clerk Office releases a report that discloses how each of the Fifteen City Councilpersons dispenses Discretionary Funds allocated in the General City Purposes Fund. For the record, this report is not the "tell all documentation" on how each dollar is spent, since there are multiple accounts that each Officeholder can use to buy votes, whoops, grant positive community amenities. Starting today, we will highlight certain Council Districts allocations, especially one which has garnered recent media attention for nefarious Campaign Contributions (ie. money laundering). Thus, its only natural that we begin our bloggin Public Service in disclosing which connected CD 6 CBOs were blessed with fiscal love, especially before its most recent election cycle, which saw Councilwoman Martinez beat back a challenge from Cindy Montanez. IF you have any comments ...., or salient observations, feel free to post them on our Facebook Page, or email me at redspotincd14@yahoo.com----Scott Johnson.
